Refund & Service Guarantee Policy

At Dandelions and Chocolate , I take great pride in the quality of my work and aim to ensure every client leaves happy with their service.

Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed. However, if you believe there is an issue related to the workmanship, I ask that you contact me within 48 hours of your appointment and provide clear photos or attend an in-person assessment.

If a concern is found to be related to the application or workmanship, I will gladly offer to rectify the service at no additional cost. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a correction is not possible.

Please note that the longevity and results of services such as lash extensions and gel nails can vary from client to client. Many factors can affect retention and wear, including but not limited to:

• Natural lash and nail condition
• Individual growth cycles
• Lifestyle, work environment, and daily activities
• Aftercare and maintenance
• Use of skincare, makeup, oils, or hand products

Because these factors are outside of my control, variations in how long your lashes or gel nails last are considered normal and do not indicate poor workmanship.
